Please join us for a fun hands-on workshop with master theater arts educator Jonathan Shmidt Chapman who will present a range of activities that use creativity, drama, and play to activate Passover with children ages 3–8.
Grandparents and families will enjoy Jonathan’s brand-new and easy-to-follow Passover Discovery Kit, available to download for free this year from the Jewish Grandparents Network website. We will send participants the link to download the kit by March 21.
Activities in the workshop include ideas to bring the Seder to life: build Ancient Egypt out of matzah; design a scavenger hunt to find the afikomen; and explore the role of women in the Passover story. We will also include ways to use these resources on FaceTime or Zoom for grandparents at a distance.
This webinar is geared to grandparents, parents, and those who work with young children.
