Oct 21 2021 I am the Tree of Life Yoga
How do you think it would feel to stand at Mt. Sinai? To dance at the Red Sea? Or become your favorite tree?
Yoga is a great way for grandparents and grandkids to move their bodies. It brings us a sense of calm, teaches us to listen to our bodies and how we’re feeling, and helps us develop balance, strength and flexibility.
Watch the video as Rabbi Mychal Copeland of Tree of Life Yoga leads grandparents and grandchildren in easy yoga poses and connects them with our Torah stories.
