Opening the Heart of Being a Grandparent

Funded by a grant from the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta, Jane Shapiro of Orot: The Center for New Jewish Learning, created a two-part Jewish learning series for Grandparents. We invite you to use these study sheets with grandparents in your organization and community.

Grandparents Circle

The Grandparents Circle curriculum was published in 2018 to provide guidance for Jewish grandparents whose adult children have intermarried. The Jewish Grandparents Network would like to thank Rabbi Kerry M. Olitzky who, as Executive Director of the Jewish Outreach Institute and the National Rabbi of the Grandparents Circle, was instrumental in the creation and publication of the curriculum and who has graciously agreed for the material to be shared on our website.
